支持的文件
文鉴支持 DOCX、旧版 DOC 和 PDF。每次导入一个文件，可将其作为新文档链的第一版，或加入已有文档链并与前版比较。
版本比对方式
- Word 与 Word：以接受各自全部历史修订后的正文进行相邻版本比对，并支持逐项审阅。
- Word 与 PDF：比较文字内容，并以 Word 文件为模板完成审阅及生成 DOCX 新版本。
- PDF 与 PDF：仅核对文字是否一致，不生成 Word 修订版。
下载与分享
完成审阅后，可生成保留修订痕迹和批注的修订版，或接受全部修订并移除批注的清洁版。下载时可编辑文件名，并可通过 iOS 系统分享至“文件”或其他应用。
本地数据
核心文档功能可以离线使用。删除版本、文档链或文件夹前，请确认重要文件已另行导出和备份。更新 App 通常不会删除其本地数据，但在重大更新或设备迁移前仍建议导出重要文件。
反馈问题时建议提供
- iPhone 或 iPad 型号及 iOS 版本；
- 文鉴版本号；
- 操作步骤及错误提示截图；
- 文件格式和大致大小。
请勿通过电子邮件发送包含商业秘密、个人信息或其他敏感内容的原始文档。可以使用删除或替换敏感内容后的测试文件帮助定位问题。

Supported files
TraceWord supports DOCX, legacy DOC, and PDF files. Import one file at a time, then use it as version 1 of a new document chain or add it to an existing chain for comparison with the previous version.
How comparisons work
- Word to Word: adjacent versions are compared using the final text after accepting their existing tracked changes, with issue-by-issue review.
- Word to PDF: text content is compared, and the Word file is used as the template for review and DOCX generation.
- PDF to PDF: text consistency is checked, without generating a Word redline.
Download and sharing
After review, TraceWord can create a redline that keeps tracked changes and comments or a clean copy that accepts changes and removes comments. You can edit the filename and use the iOS share sheet to save or send the file to another app.
Local data
Core document features work offline. Before deleting a version, chain, or folder, export and back up important files. App updates normally preserve local data, but important documents should still be exported before major updates or device migration.
When reporting a problem
- include the iPhone or iPad model and iOS version;
- include the TraceWord version number;
- describe the steps and attach a screenshot of the error; and
- state the file format and approximate size.
Do not email original documents containing trade secrets, personal information, or other sensitive content. A test file with sensitive content removed or replaced is preferred.
