文鉴（TraceWord）如何处理您的文档和相关信息

1. 政策范围

本隐私政策适用于由 ZJH 设计、开发和维护的文鉴（英文名称 TraceWord，以下简称“本 App”）。本 App 用于在用户设备上整理、比对和审阅 DOCX、DOC 与 PDF 文档，并生成审阅意见、修订版或清洁版。

2. 本地处理原则

本 App 的核心文档功能在用户设备本地运行。用户选择或通过其他应用传入的文档、文档版本、比对结果、审阅决定以及生成的文件，保存在本 App 的本地存储空间中。本 App 不要求注册账户，也不会为了完成文档比对而主动将文档内容上传到开发者服务器。

3. 文件访问与生成

只有在用户主动选择、导入或通过系统分享功能发送文件时，本 App 才会访问相应文件。为建立版本链和支持离线处理，本 App 会在自身存储空间内保存文件副本，并可能生成以下内容：

  • 相邻版本之间的文字、批注或受支持图片变化记录；
  • 用户对每项差异作出的接受、拒绝或替代方案；
  • 带修订痕迹及批注的 DOCX 文件；
  • 接受全部审阅结果并移除批注的 DOCX 清洁版。

4. 分享与导出

本 App 仅在用户主动点击下载、导出或系统分享时，将指定文件交给 iOS 文件系统或用户选择的其他应用。文件离开本 App 后，将由目标应用、存储服务或通信服务按照其自身隐私政策处理。请在分享包含商业秘密、个人信息或其他敏感内容的文档前确认接收方和目标应用。

5. 数据收集

当前版本不包含广告、用户跟踪、行为分析或开发者自建账户系统，也不会由开发者服务器收集用户的文档内容。若用户主动通过电子邮件联系开发者，邮件地址、邮件正文和附件将由用户选择的邮件服务处理，仅用于回复支持或反馈请求。

6. 系统服务与备份

Apple、TestFlight、iOS 或用户启用的系统服务可能独立处理设备诊断、崩溃信息或备份数据。根据用户的 iCloud 和设备备份设置，本 App 的本地数据可能被包含在系统备份中；该过程由 Apple 和用户的系统设置控制，并非本 App 主动上传。相关处理适用 Apple 的隐私政策。

7. 保存与删除

文档及处理记录会保留在设备上，直至用户在本 App 中删除相应版本、文档链或文件夹，或者卸载本 App。删除操作不会自动删除用户已经导出到“文件”或其他应用中的副本，也不会自动清除可能存在的系统备份。重要文档应由用户自行妥善备份。

8. 数据安全

本地处理可以减少文档因网络传输产生的暴露风险，但任何软件、设备和存储方式均无法承诺绝对安全。用户应使用设备密码、生物识别、系统更新和安全备份，并避免将敏感文件分享给不受信任的应用或人员。

9. 儿童隐私

本 App 不是专门面向儿童设计的服务，也不会主动收集儿童个人信息。

10. 政策更新

如果功能、数据处理方式或适用要求发生变化，本政策可能更新。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并标明新的生效日期。涉及重要变化时，将通过适当方式提示用户。

Privacy Policy

How TraceWord handles your documents and related information

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to TraceWord (Chinese name: 文鉴), designed, developed, and maintained by ZJH. TraceWord organizes, compares, and reviews DOCX, DOC, and PDF documents on the user’s device and helps create review notes, redlines, and clean copies.

2. On-device processing

TraceWord’s core document functions run locally on the user’s device. Imported documents, versions, comparison results, review decisions, and generated files are stored in the app’s local storage. TraceWord does not require an account and does not upload document content to a developer-operated server to perform comparisons.

3. File access and generated content

TraceWord accesses a file only when the user selects or imports it, or sends it to the app through an operating-system sharing feature. The app keeps a copy in its own storage to support version history and offline processing. It may create:

  • records of text, comment, or supported image changes between adjacent versions;
  • the user’s accept, reject, or alternative-text decisions;
  • DOCX redlines containing tracked changes and comments; and
  • clean DOCX copies with review decisions applied and comments removed.

4. Sharing and export

TraceWord passes a selected file to the iOS file system or another app only when the user initiates a download, export, or share action. Once a file leaves TraceWord, the selected app, storage provider, or communication service processes it under its own privacy policy. Before sharing a document containing confidential, personal, or otherwise sensitive information, users should verify the recipient and destination app.

5. Data collection

The current version contains no advertising, user tracking, behavioral analytics, or developer-operated account system. Developer servers do not collect document content. If a user voluntarily contacts the developer by email, the email address, message, and attachments are processed by the user’s chosen email provider and used only to respond to the support or feedback request.

6. System services and backups

Apple, TestFlight, iOS, or system services enabled by the user may independently process device diagnostics, crash information, or backup data. Depending on the user’s iCloud and device-backup settings, the app’s local data may be included in a system backup. That process is controlled by Apple and the user’s system settings and is not an upload initiated by TraceWord. Apple’s privacy policy applies to those services.

7. Retention and deletion

Documents and processing records remain on the device until the user deletes the relevant version, document chain, or folder in TraceWord, or uninstalls the app. Deletion does not remove copies previously exported to Files or other apps and may not remove copies contained in system backups. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important documents.

8. Security

On-device processing can reduce exposure associated with network transmission, but no software, device, or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their device with a passcode or biometrics, install system updates, maintain secure backups, and avoid sharing sensitive files with untrusted apps or people.

9. Children’s privacy

TraceWord is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app’s features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice.
